Code of Conduct

Artists selected and represented by SuperBad Talent Limited have been carefully vetted, approved and developed. They are bound by this Code of Conduct when carrying out bookings agreed by SuperBad Talent Limited. This Code of Conduct forms an integral part of the Artist Agreement made between SuperBad Talent Limited and the Artist. It is also a performance guarantee for SuperBad Talent Limited Clients

a) The Artist agrees to perform to the best of their abilities and perform their advertised and agreed act.
b) The Artist agrees to be suitably dressed and professionally presented for their performance.
c) The Artist agrees to perform in line with the advertising material represented by SuperBad Talent Limited
d) The Artist is responsible for the upkeep and safety of all equipment they provide for the performance including PAT testing.
e) The Artist will provide a minimum £1,000,000 public liability for their performances.
f) The Artist agrees to be courteous and polite and adhere to the client’s reasonable wishes.
g) The Artist agrees to adhere to the adjustment of sound levels to the client’s wishes.
h) The Artist will not smoke in public areas, and refrain from excessive drinking before, during and after a performance when the Client or their guests are present.
i) The Artist will refrain from using drugs and illegal substances while carrying out a booking.
j) The Artist agrees not to advertise their services at any booking, and to refer all enquires as a direct result of the booking to SuperBad Talent Limited.
